These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses Yobaki at yobaki.com. Please read them before you use the site.

Accepting these terms

By using Yobaki you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

Adults only

Yobaki contains sexually explicit content and is meant only for adults. To use it you must be at least 18 years old and old enough to view such content where you live. If you are not, leave the site now.

What Yobaki is

Yobaki is a catalog of visual novels, RPGs, eroge, hentai and porn games for PC and Android. For each game it lists information such as the title, description, images, versions and languages, together with links to files hosted by third parties.

Yobaki does not host, upload or store any game files. Every download link leads to a website that Yobaki does not own or run.

The websites that hold the files are outside Yobaki’s control. We do not check and are not responsible for their content, availability, safety or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. Check every file you download and use it at your own risk.

Intellectual property and removal requests

The games, names, images and trademarks shown on Yobaki belong to their respective owners.

If you own the rights to something listed on Yobaki and want it removed, write to us by email and include:

  • the address of the Yobaki page concerned;
  • proof that you own the rights or are authorized to act for their owner;
  • your name and a way to contact you.

We review every complete request and remove listings that infringe the rights of others.

Acceptable use

When you use Yobaki, you agree not to:

  • access the site with bots, scrapers or other automated tools in a way that harms it or puts an unreasonable load on it;
  • get around the rate limits, the download limits or the wait before a download;
  • send false, abusive or repeated reports, or misuse the report form in any other way;
  • use the site for anything unlawful.

We may limit or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Download reports

Each download offers a form to report a link that does not open or a file with a problem. Reports are anonymous and help keep the catalog accurate. We read them and decide what to do, but we do not promise to answer or act on any particular report.

No warranty

Yobaki is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that the site, the information on it or the links it lists are accurate, complete, safe or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Yobaki and the people who run it are not liable for any loss or damage that results from using the site, from files downloaded from third-party hosts, or from being unable to use the site.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using Yobaki after a change, you accept the new terms.
